If you go to this guy's main website, entitled:

"Alternative Areology & Archeology" (of Mars)

He is evidently an iconoclast of mainstream thinking much like John Hoagland
and other sensationalizers of the Face on Mars, the Martian Pyramids etc.

That does not mean he may not be right.

There is nothing per se wrong with taking a devil's advocate "alternative"
look at things. I myself have an "alternative" stance when it comes to
current mainstream neo-Velikhovskian thinking about the origin of the Moon.

This guy's line of thinking is interesting, and for myself (a healthy dose of
blue is necessary for my personal happiness) I would be delighted if he turns
out to be right.

Another case for humans on Mars.
