Minor update to the websites

1. Added an "About" section to TTF site.
2. Publicised Terry Kok's address (another example of bleary-eyed
over-familiarity: I thought I had already done this).
Reminder: Everybody on this list should check out at least the Team Members
portion, because your name may be being taken in vain there. If you're not
on the list and want to be, let me know. If you're ON the list and would
rather NOT be, also let me know. You have 33 options, really:
